company which - we all expect - intends to stay here for
another many years. The investments made by Total is a
strong signal of a development we want to be a part of.

Henrik Hansen agrees:
“In 2018 ALL NRG Oil & Gas manned up by some 30-40%,
and we expect this upwards curve to continue. We have
managed to maintain competences making it possible
for us to work actively in both sectors. We still have key
employees possessing competences and lokal know-how
in our Danish and Norwegian markets - and there is an
increasing demand for such specialists.”
“We have stuck to the core and basic idea with which we
were born: to have the right competences and structure
and to possess sufficient volume to hold on to our impor-
tant key staff. That is a great reward now when we see
the offshore oil and gas industry starting up moving into
a positive direction. Our team is fully intact, so we are
ready to grow,” concludes Henrik Hansen.

which ALL NRG will pursue further. But oil and gas is
definitely interesting, too, in Hans Schneider’s optic.
“Many activities were suddenly stopped when the mar-
ket for oil&gas collapsed, but now we see that invest-
ments are once more gathering momentum. We observe
investments of a scale just impossible half a year ago,
and that is the promise of the stability we have been
longing for.”
